Peniel At a Glance

Peniel Baptist Academy first opened its door in August 1971. The academy functioned first as a daycare and kindergarten facility with an introductory enrollment of twenty-two students.

In July 1973, Peniel Baptist Church, sponsored and funded Peniel's opening and established Peniel's school board, which has been the governing body of the school.
Peniel Baptist Academy is the church's largest ministry.

In August 1982, Peniel expanded to include kindergarten through sixth grade, with 151 students. A new facility was built and Peniel moved to its current location.

In August 1993, Peniel expanded to include high school. Our first graduation occurred on May 23, 1997.

Currently Peniel offers PK2 through 12th grade classes. We add classes and grow our curriculum as our enrollment expands.
